Europa League: Chelsea, Malmö facing UEFA charges

Chelsea F.C and Malmö FF have been charged by UEFA for incidents during Thursday’s Europa League last-32 first leg in Sweden.

Sarri’s side are facing disciplinary proceedings for the throwing of objects and field invasion by supporters, after few fans infringed onto the pitch, one of whom moved toward Hazard for his shirt after the last whistle.

Malmö have been charged with throwing objects and setting off fireworks. The case will be managed by UEFA’s Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body on 28 March.
