Chelsea boost in pursuit of Christian Pulisic as Bayern pull out of race
Chelsea have been handed a boost in their pursuit of Christian Pulisic after Bayern Munich hauled out the race for the Dortmund star.
The Bundesliga champions have been scouting the American ace for the past 18-months, alongside Liverpool.
But the German giants have now moved their attentions from the 20-year-old to Bayer Leverkusen wonderkid Kai Havertz.
The 19-year-old, who needs to Germany tops, as of now has nine objectives in 23 games for his club this campaign.
Bayern are looking to overhaul their ageing squad next summer after a so far disappointing league season, as indicated by the Mirror.
They could move for him in January, however will more than likely wait until Arjen Robben leaves when his deal runs out next July.
Chelsea have been looking at landing Pulisic after sending scouts to watch him on a number of the most recent couple of years.
He just has year and a half left on his agreement at Dortmund, who could look at cashing in on one of their prize assets.
